From Black and White to Just Right

Nosferatu

From 1922 to 2024 Dracula's origins will live on and definitely get some bad ass updates. Picking Bill Skarsgard as the leading role is only fitting and appropriate. Can't wait to see what this remake is made of!

House of Wax

Originality at it's finest! Vincent Price was the king of gimmicks in his time and making museum wax figures come to life in 3D was no exception. Fast forward to a time when Dark Castle was ruling the halloween screen and Paris Hilton surprised all of us at being a convincing actress in this melted remake

The Mummy

One of my all time favorite remakes. I haven't had the chance to watch the original yet but I know how much I enjoyed all the recent adaptations in my time so well done to both casts and crew for making these movies frightening yet fun.

House on Haunted Hill

Another favorite recreation of mine a few "strangers" assemble into a haunted house and put their fear to the test for a million dollars each....if they survive that is.

13 Ghosts

I didn't rank this category simply because all of these black and white gone modern films were pretty on point but if I did this and Nosferatu would be tie for #1. Side-note: Fans are still waiting for the origin story film or series on these fabulous ghouls....my vote would be movie but I hear it may move to 13 episode tv show.
