Ever since God created Chris Hemsworth I think every woman, man, child and animal has been curious to see what other treasures await in the land down under. Seriously though, for years I have wanted to see Australia (particularly The Great Barrier Reef) and although Covid delayed me for 2 yrs I finally got a chance to visit. My mother and aunts made for great companions and really kept up with all the places my A.D.D. list had in store. Our stay at the [Members Only Content] had the most unreal view of the harbor and was absolutely breathtaking and convenient to all the great shopping, food and entertainment. The service was fabulous but be warned: like any major city, parking was across the street and the lots and streets in the city are extremely small/tight so a large vehicle was not the best but only option we had. Typical tourists had to start their trip at Bondi Beach so that we did! On the way to the beach we stopped at the most delightful bakery/juice/breakfast shop called [Members Only Content] and I must say the setup was so insta-ready I couldn't help but take a photo on the tiny ladder. The avocado toast was among my favorites here along with one of the desserts I was given at the front on my way out. Around the corner from my hotel I did some lux shopping at one of the best malls in Australia (Westfield) and it is basically 5th ave or rodeo drive packed into a 4 or 5 story building. Our trip also consisted of a Wine Vineyard located about 2 or 3hrs out of the city called [Members Only Content] and it was so lovely...we spotted Kangaroos there so I was satisfied. The Vineyard had all the delicious cheeses and chocolates (wines of coarse) and gave us a lovely lunch. One of the coolest things here was sparkly liquor you could buy in tons of flavors (see below) sadly if I bought it I wouldn't be able to get it home so now I have to hunt for it online. Catching a movie at Event Cinema was awesome it is a lux movie theater with games and a VIP eating section upstairs. If you're catching the Sydney Opera house the harbor is amazing and you should definitely catch food at [Members Only Content].
General Consensus - Australia is for the true explorer in the group and would likely appeal to the adult crowd (I would say 50+). It is a very mature and sophisticated city, although I did not get to experience the nightlife. If you are a beach-bunny and enjoy the vibes of a Los Angeles, this is certainly the L.A. of the Oceania.
