Oh Paris.....that place every girl dreams of to fall in love, see the Eiffel Tower, eat dessert until she can no longer stuff anything in her mouth. Paris is a whimsical world of museums, sights, wonders and love...if that is what your goal is. I'm not saying Paris isn't magical, I'm just saying I personally didn't fall in love. This city is absolutely a girls dream if she has her Prince Charming with her and you're ready to film your Disney princess moment. I was in Paris for work and while I did find the Eiffel Tower as magical as one could imagine, Paris did nothing for me that some other European cities couldn't have done better. Many friends of mine adore Paris from Moulin Rouge to the food, those elements I can completely understand. To be fair, I did not have the chance to party it up and see what Paris was made of when it comes to night life, BUT.... one thing that did not disappoint was the shopping. Rue Saint Honore & L' Avenue Des Champs Elysees were among my 2 favorite streets to visit. I did a little browsing at Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Hermes and spent some serious euro in Balmain. If you are looking to also snag that perfect Instagram photo, this is the place to do it.
General Consensus: Paris did not make my top 5 favorite places in the world list, but it will certainly make many of my readers list. It is as magical as everyone tells you it is and even more so if you are a lady of love (I'm not so bear with me on this one.... haha). Snap photos down every street, eat a dessert or dinner near the Eiffel Tower and take in all the glorious things Paris has to offer!
