It will come as no surprise that the way of life in Canada is almost unmatched anywhere in the world ( I guess that's why the Duke and Duchess of Sussex skipped the pond and moved there huh?). I have been to Niagara Falls and Toronto and both have been the most amazing experience in my calm, casual, business life. (Members only content location) hotel is where you will go for the best view of Niagara, although the rooms may rival NYC for most cramped temporary living. I want to really get into Toronto because that is where everything is city-wise and the one place in the world where I was actually considering renting an apartment part of the year just to visit and stay (during the warmer months, Canada in the winter is a frozen nightmare but pretty to look at out the window). I went to Scotiabank Arena where the raptors play and caught an NBA finals game where Drake and other celebrities frequent which was an incredible feeling and energy. My favorite place to stay so far has been (Members only content location) (they have a few around the world) which felt like my own condo/apartment rather than a hotel yet was booked through my hotel portal. This location was close to a very prominent part of Toronto (heart of the city) and was convenient to shopping, restaurants and major business buildings. Momofuku and STK were my favorite places to eat here and they are pretty chain so if you're looking for something more local I think (Members only content location) on Richmond street will get you what you're looking for. This food court style venue has an array of different foods that should hit at least one of your interest levels from asian fusion, to tacos and yes of coarse putine.
General Consensus: One way or another you will likely end up visiting Canada and if that is true you are one lucky person. I don't see anyone coming to Toronto for a vacation (maybe to enjoy the Carnival celebration that happens once a year) but it is likely business that will bring you to this great country so take advantage of the places I've mentioned and you also will be considering calling this place home!
