I must admit, I will likely not be able to write a full review for Malta as I had all of 24 hours to spend there so If I were you I would read the review but make your own determination on whether or not to visit. While Malta was gorgeous visually it was a country that didn't pull me in in that little time I was there. There has been plenty of other destinations where I did not spend much time but they were able to wow me within the first hour or 2. I believe Malta is where you go when you want mid-evil history and pretty views. I went to a really cool museum but it was super morbid (went in depth about how kings use to kill and torture the prisoners etc so if you consider yourself the faint of heart, I would skip this tour). The buildings are the pretty typical old and lovely that you will see in Europe and more so Italy or Spain. It does give me more of a Spanish Country feel but there are plenty of cute small streets to get lost down and delicious little food spots to visit.
General Consensus: I may need to elect the help of the people on this one; If you have ever been to Malta let me know what you think. What are some of your favorite food spots and activities you engaged in? I feel like my 24 hour review is not fair towards this little country and that there could be way more to offer had I spent more time here. I will say for the time I spent there it's worth a visit if you are close in a neighboring country but I don't think I would come here exclusively until I've done more homework on this place.
