Triple Header
By first glance this suggestion is going to come off demonic and like i'm trying to lead you down a dark path. I can assure you that understanding the world of one of the most influential Horror Film franchises is not for the weak of heart. The original was an Oscar winner and like the sister film "The Exorcist" got the mind wondering....what exactly are we seeing and understanding about the world around us? The Omen takes a not so far off view on where Evil is born and how it influences everyday life. The 2006 remake, I must say at the time, had another genius marketing tool working to it's advantage even though I did not agree with the idea of it. It came out June 6, 2006 and you don't need to be a math expert to understand what that date equates to. It was a bit of an updated version for those not yet born for the original but didn't really blow anyone away when it came to reimagining a classic. Fast forward to earlier this year (2024) and yet again it was time to bring a classic winner out of retirement but this time give it a serious update while doing it's best to stay true to the original format. This film was an excellent example (along with Alien Romulus) of how you can stay true to what was masterfully created in the beginning but create your own version of what makes sense now. The First Omen was able to get it so right that it may have actually done better than all of it's predecessors' and still be able to move the franchise forward: without even really needing any of them. I say this to mean The First Omen was actually a great enough stand alone film and changed the franchise enough to create an entirely new story going forward. All that being said, as usual with me suggesting heavily religious themed films, please be spiritually ready/cautious when you watch/consume this material and do your best to see it from the Good OVER evil perspective and how you can best protect yourself from the forces that will un-doubtingly present themselves as they do in these types of films.
Triple Header Cleanse: Bless The Child
The films above show the darker side of how evil can lurk on earth but as always I'm only allowed to highlight fighting evil with an intense way of letting in the light. Bless The Child is a movie that fights back the son of Satan with the Child of God and to me has one of (if not THE best) lines from the Bible: The Devil: If you believe in God so much jump (off the roof/ledge)....he will catch you right? // Child of God: After You....

B-List Horror Beauties
There have been some true Horror gems that have been kept in the coffin for far too long. The movies in this list are not award winners, heck they may not even be watchable to some but they hold a unique place in my twisted list. Some of the films on this list are MASSIVELY underrated and some may not have seen the light of day when it comes to big budget releases. Let's sink our fangs into some of the films that need to come out of the coffin and get another chance at daylight.....

Top 10 Horror Picks
Welcome to my nightmare! This is the list of movies you must watch during spooky season. This is the adult list but scroll down to find the Family friendly films to watch for all ages. I have some movies on this list that I can truly only watch once a year or only in the presence of other people.
So this year I have decided to list my top 10 favorite horror movie moments/scenes. Some of the movies in this list you can find in my "Top 10 Horror Picks" All Time List. Other movies may not have fully made the cut but certain monsters or scenes (in my eyes) was one for the horror legend books. Have a look at some of my top favorites and let me know yours/what you think in the forum.
Top 10 Scariest Places
I can claim a visit to a few of these places but others I wouldn't dare step foot. Check out my list of some of the most scariest places on the globe.
Looking for the perfect Haunted House? Every year I do Halloween Horrors at Universal Studios Hollywood or Orlando and let me tell you it is the crown jewel of Haunted Houses. If you love actual horror films and halloween it's a dream come true. The theme is different every year but it really feels like you are walking on the set and experiencing the terror of some of the best horror films ever crafted. Many of the films from my horror suggestions list have been recreated here as well as my favorite show on TV, so enjoy the footage I've collected over the years.....
2023-2024
2014-2022
So you want to be terrified but also prepare your little monsters for the future of horror? I would say Dark Nights is a perfect hybrid for the full family. There are great treats and activities for the little ones but the haunted houses will not disappoint for the brave ones. This may be a little more cavity-causing than Universal (being as though this is the home of all things chocolate) but again if you don't want to leave the kids behind and want the full family experience take a bite out of this park for Halloween for sure!
